Thank you for choosing AIKONIC FUTURE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (“AIKONIC”, “we”, “our”). This Warranty Policy describes the warranty coverage, exclusions, and process for AIKONIC products.
1. Warranty Coverage

All AIKONIC hardware products purchased directly from our official store are covered by a 12-month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or modification.

Damage from exposure to liquids, extreme temperature, or corrosive substances.

Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.

Problems caused by software, third-party accessories, or non-AIKONIC parts.

Normal aging of batteries, including gradual capacity reduction.
3. Claim Process

Contact us at info@aikonic.me within 7 days of discovering the defect.

Provide purchase proof, description of the issue, and photos.

After review, AIKONIC may repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

Warranty service is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
4. Shipping and Costs

If approved, AIKONIC covers the shipping cost of the replacement or repaired unit to the customer.

Customers may need to cover the cost of returning the defective product, depending on location.

Returned items must be securely packaged with all original accessories.
5. Limitation of Liability

AIKONIC’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the product’s purchase price.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
6. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore.

Thank you for shopping with AIKONIC FUTURE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (“AIKONIC”, “we”, “our”). This Shipping Policy describes our order processing, shipping options, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing
We aim to process and ship your order within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high volume periods (holidays, launches, promotions) or in case of severe weather, processing or delivery may be delayed. We will notify you via email if this occurs.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (Free): 7–14 business days. Tracking provided after dispatch.

Express Shipping (Paid): 3–5 business days. Flat fee shown at checkout. Free upgrade for orders over US$1,000.
3. Tracking & Order Status
After dispatch, you will receive carrier and tracking details via email.
You can log into your account to check order status.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after order processing, please contact us at info@aikonic.me.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Responsibilities
Address Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. AIKONIC is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
P.O. Boxes: Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If this applies, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective (DOA), please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
