  • Consent Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time via opt‑out links or account settings.

 
10. Security Measures
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
 
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 16 years old. If we become aware that a minor has provided Personal Information without parental consent, we will delete such data promptly.
 
12. California Privacy Rights
Users who reside in California and have provided Personal Information to AIknoic have the right to receive: (a) information identifying any third party to whom we may have disclosed, within the past year, personal information pertaining to you and your family for that party’s direct marketing purposes; and (b) a description of the categories of personal information disclosed. To obtain such information, please email your request to info@aikonic.me. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve the right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with a new Effective Date and, when required, seek your consent.
